Thyroxine dosage for TSH level of 6.5

Hi, I'm having hypothyroidism since last 6 years and taking 50 mcg of thyroxine tablet. In recent diagnostic test TSH level detected as 6.5. Should I continue the same 50 mcg or  increase to 75 mcg? Thank you.
