Thyronormalacy is nothing but normal levels of thyroid hormones so it doesn't mean that you have developed symptoms of the.. coming to your post prandialsugar it seems to be going on the lower side and even the symptoms of the blurring of vision suggest low Sugars I need to know what medications you are on so that I can help you better...please consult a physician thank you....
