I was daily taking a Thyronorm 75 tablet. I got positive pregnancy results. Should I continue the tablet for 3-4 days unless I consult any gynoecologist.

Please continue thyronorm. I would suggest to increase dose by another 25 mcg thro out pregnancy. You can check thyroid function with other routine pregnancy bloods.
