Thyroid TSH result

My friend with age of 27 years. Got thyroid T3 and T4 are normal. But, TSH result is 6.96. is it curable ?

TSH is elevated but not very high can call it subclinical hypothyrodisum. Usually in such cases v treat if 1. Anti TPO Antibodies test is positive 2. If there is goiter (neck swelling) 3. Pregnancy 4. Heart disease or psychiatric disorder 5. Symptomatic. So need to do anti TPO antibodies and consult.
