After knowing my symptoms, doctor adviced me to get my thyroid tested. My tsh level was 8.4 He didn't advise me to take medicine and only revommended lifestyle changes. Next month it came down to 7.9 so i was told to continue lifestyle changes. Suddenly a month later it came down to 4.9 I did not do anything extra. Infact not even drastic lifestyle changes. I was only less stressful and comparatively exercised more and ate better. How did this happen? Will it sustain?

Nothing in life will sustain so also thyroid you have to check up your thyroid once in 6 months if you have a doubt otherwise yearly one
