Actually before 3days I feel severing so I tested my Tsh,T3,T4 and result is 5.8 Tsh .should I taking medicine or not.

Well..usually it's 0.5 to 5 IU considered normal range...and yours doesn't fall in that range...since you say you are symptomaric definitely we need to evaluate you further and them decide about it...please meet a physician...thank you
