I got a usg of throat and conclusion was as below Right : 1.5cm* 1.2cm*3.3cm Left : 1.5cm* 1.3cm *3.2cm Els of well defined heterogeneous predominant iso- echoic solid lesion approx ms 9*15 mm ( wider than taller) Showing mild internal vascularity no els calcification Isthmus : 2.6 mm Impression : focal lesion in left of thyroid as described
