Thyroid result after TSH blood test

Hi Dr. My wife has thyroid problem. Yesterday she has done TSH (ultra sensitive serum) blood testing and rating come 5.577 against bio ref. Interval 0.550 - 4.780. Presently she is having 25 no. Tablet. Now Pls review and advise which no tablet she can take for thyroid. Thanks.

Your wife needs 37.5 micrograms of thyroid tablet daily before breakfast do TSH after 3 months and we can decide
