Hi everyone in blood reports my thyroid is 4.5 in border line ,muje phle thyroid nhi tha as per doc 1 trimster m 2.8 tak hona chahiye ad bola nxt month wapis repeat krna if not ok thn medc strt hogi so any diet ad precautions i should take so that normal hojaye
