Your thyroid gland is not producing the hormone it is supposed to produce. This condition is called as hypothyroidism and is very common. Its not much of a worry since the treatment is a simple replacement by tablets. You seem to be doing well on the current dose however, the treatment is permanent. Also, there are high chances that the dose would increase in the coming months/years. But you wud need just a single tablet per day.
