My wife have thyroid problem, today her report has came T4 value 3.2 TSH >150 FT3 1.78 FT4 0.45 T3 74... I am currently taking thyroxine 75 mg. What should I do

You need to meet your endocrinologist before any change in the dose If the medicine has not been skipped We need to increase the dose to 100mcg
