I want to basics about thyroid disease for a girl, with whom I got connected on Jeevansaathi yesterday. Since I am looking for a Lifelong partner, I wish to be sure about the possible future problems of thyroid. Its hypothyroidism type. She has been advised to take pills for life time. I have also got her recent report with me.

Hello....... Hypothyroidism is a condition where you have to take pills daily for life long and irregular periods and difficult in conceiving is problem associated with hypothyroidism..  Weight gain, hair loss are commonly associated with hypothyroidism,  should be in pregnancy....
