I had high TSH 6.43 last month I used thronorm50 mcg and I take test now it is TSH 0.15 and T4 free 1.64 and anti TPO 13.55 what is my condition now ? I m trying for conception

Yes , it is desirable to keep TSH less than 2.5 while one is trying to conceive.. Yes , you need to get the dose adjusted .. Lessen the dose to 32.5 & repeat TSH after 4 weeks.. Nothing much to worry..
