We tested ' THS' and found the thyroid level is .06. Does that Normal? If not how to improve it? Does this level affect in pregnancy?

TSH is low. Pls do blood test for T4, T3 levels. With this we can interpret the complete thyroid report. Consult an Endocrinologist for further management.

It's not normal and very possibly  a sign of autoimmune  thyroid disease. Your TPO titer may be positive  as well.
Next Steps
Yes these antibodies  do cause  problems  in pregnancy  but the Good news is that your problem  can be totally reversed, not by masking the symptoms  but by addressing  the root cause of your issue. Dear Practo user, Serum TSH level of 0.06 is low. The unit has not been mentioned. You should get Serum Thyroid profile done (fasting) and consult physician/ endocrinologist.
