Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety....some people may have increased TSH levels while having normal T4 levels. This is called subclinical (mild) hypothyroidism. It is believed to be an early stage of hypothyroidism...I would suggest you to consult nearest physician they will do the needful.

You are very mildly hypothyroid but all depends if you have symptoms, like gain in weight without appreciable change in diet/lifestyle & may be less appetite, unexplained constipation, fatigue & low energy, sleepyness, dry skin etc.

You may have subclinical hypothyroid...do antiTPO antibody test to decide further
