Hello, recently I undergone for thyroid test ,in the report it shows that T.S.H is 0.06micro IU/ml and FT4 is 1.07 ng/DL. What is this means ! Is it indicating any serious issue ? Please do reply.

It looks like you r having hyperthyroidism. So first consult a good endocrinologist and start medicines. Repeat TSH after 1 month and see for improvement. If u have neck/thyroid swelling than need to see an ENT as well for surgical plan
