5 months back, I was diagnosed thyroid with tsh value 100 and now after medication it has got into normal o.31 but the doctor is telling me to continue the tablets for life time. Should I continue, will it not cured permanently? Pls advise

If u are able to keep a check by diet and excercise u will have to take lesser dosage .
