Thyroid glannd removed in operation

My thyroid gland is removed in a operation 2 years ago. and I have been told to take thyroid medicine for life time my last report TSH is 0.108 which is low. my weight is decreasing regularly, feel very weakness, head roams, will everything can improve please guide how my weight will increase. I never feel to eat anything. so intake is not proper.

TSH values are not real indicators of thyroid hormone levels. If your T3 and T4 levels are normal then you need not worry as your present TSH level is not very low. Consult nearby ENT specialist or surgeon if you need more help
