Thyroid function test during pregnancy

My wife conceived in this week. It is the first month. We took thyroid function test. All other blood results looks fine. Please find the below results and provide ur suggestions. Is this normal. By default ill be low only during pregnancy time Triiodothyronine (t3) =61.60 Thyroxine (t4) =3.4 Thyroid stimulating hormone =greater than 100.0

Your wife's TSH value is really high,she is Hypothyroid and she would require to take additional thyroxine tablets to avoid complications in pregnancy . Kindly consult with your OBGYN and Endocrinologist and start treatment right away.

Tsh is very high..  Is she known hypothyroid?  Already she is on treatment?  Any family history?  Pregnancy confirmed by scan?  Is tat reliable lab?
