Hi, I'm a 35-year-old female, 4'11", 58 kg, diagnosed with hypothyroidism 8 years ago. TSH history: Feb' 2026 : 0.82 μIU/mL This year: 4.558 μIU/mL — significant rise on same dose Current medication: 75 mcg + half of 25 mcg = ~87.5 mcg daily Unchanged for 3–4 years Recently i visited Two doctors for dosage opinion, two opinions: Doctor A: Increase to 100 mcg (1.7 mcg/kg basis) Doctor B: 88 mcg is fine Doctor A calculation: 1.7 mcg × 58 kg = 98.6 mcg ideal dose Neither 88 nor 100 mcg is exact. TSH jumped from 0.82 to 4.558 in one year on same dose. Planning to reduce weight also.

As there is an abrupt increase in TSH Value, we should increase the dose from 87.5mcg to 100 mcg once daily. But before that reconfirm the report by repeating it from a different lab as sometimes lab value may be wrong from some lab.
Health Tips
Always take thyroxine tablet in early morning in empty stomach. Keep a break of at least 45 minutes from taking tablets to having food
