Thyroid dose adjustment

******Endocrinologists only pls****** Age 44 / female Normal HypoThyroid for more than 20 years with 175 mg dosage Past one year Trying to reduce dose to 150 to see if body adjusts with precautions... I did blood test without med and tsh was high (7.1) so increased to 175 But I can observe changes like Wheezing, sweat in feet, heaviness, Bloated ,even missed period :( :(  never happened before ..can it be coz of overdose? Should I take thyroid medicine and then do blood test or take medicine after blood test for exact value. Pls give reasons..all docters are giving different opinions. Thanks

If tsh is still not normal after 4 weeks at one dose,the dose is not high. Safer to do tsh test before taking medicine as some labs may not have the technology needed to handle the effects of the medicine.
