Sir I am really confused whether to start taking medicines for thyroid disorders as my t3 and t4 are normal but my TSH is 7.1

If you do not have any symptoms like decreased appetite, weight gain, constipation, dry skin, voice change etc, then no need to start medication. Repeat the test again after 8 weeks.
