It seems you are having hypothyroidism. Your TSH level should be within normal range. For that you need to take Thyroxine tablet a lot an optimum dose that controls your symptoms and also keeps the TSH level normal. Dose titration should be done by a doctor after assessment of TSH level initially done every 3 months then every 6 months or annually
