Thyroid detected due to irregular menses

I am 25.my FT3 is 3.14 and FT4 is 0.95 which is normal whereas TSH is 7.18 which is around 2 points higher than normal.could this be cured permanently.doès it will constraint my pregnancy, if i am planning first baby this year?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. What you have is called hypothyroidism. In this condition, your thyroid gland isn't able to produce enough amount of thyroid hormone needed.
