Thyroid and triglycerides

Hello Doctor, My TSH is 7.3. But my physician said no worries. My vit B12 is very low(110). So he asked me to take B12 shots once a month for six months. My Triglyceride level is bit high. It is 2.14 and my HDL is low(0.89) I am worrying about this. Kindly help me Thank you

Need not worry, get complete thyroid profile with anti tpo antibodies if positive then use thyroid medication other wise not required Consult online for better explanation
