Thyroid ( 5years) & Diabetic (  issues

Few days we took blood test for my wife. Results as shown below:: Blood sugar: Fasting -102 md/dl HbA1c -  6.0% Thyroid: Free T3 -2.35 pg/ml Free T4 - 1.09 ng/dl TSH - 7.14 Lipid profile: HDL - 42mg/dl LDL - 141 Triglycerides - 127 VLDL - 25.4 Now the question is : Whether she can continue with Thyrox 50 or any change required since TSH is high and T3 T4 are within the specified range. Also Gemer1 & Tenepure 20 is high for the current blood sugar level. Please advice.

Is it TSH is not under control.. Need to check compliance and act accordingly If she follow good diet and exercise, her dose can be tapered down for sure LDL needs to be treated

Hi.. noted that she is diabetic and hypothyroid TSH slightly High, LDL is high, And HbA1c looks ok now need to know 1. Do she had missed any doses recently, or she taking properly ... if all that in right way...  she has to increase Thyroxine dose... 2. LDL high: is she eating Junk?? is usage of oil is more... need to know familial history, correction of TSH, also reduces cholesterol levels... but also need a healthy way of eating 3. HbA1c is 6%, concern is .. is there any low sugar.. if so we may havento reduce her dosage of diabetes medicines so need detailed history
