Thick mucus like thing gets stuck in my throat making me feel uneasy and irritation on my throat .every time i need to put effort to take that stick mass out of my throat

This mucus could be originating in your sinuses. Consult a good ENT Specialist in your town or alternatively if you happen to visit Bengaluru, you could drop in to my clinic for a complete evaluation so that I could advise you after better understanding your condition.
