My female friend is badly facing throat problem, she is unable to drink even water,she feels that her throat is crashed. 2 days back she got fever 102.5 degrees, we consulted a doctor. He gave her injections and some antibiotics also for throat problem , the temp has come done,but throat prb is still there, plz suggest

She must be suffering from acute tonsillitis or acute pharyngitis. If she is not responding to regular antibiotics she may need good broad spectrum intravenous antibiotics with good pain killers for few days. Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment
