My cough and phlegm problem is almost fine. But I've been having problem in my voice.

You seem to be suffering from acute laryngitis which is a common type of vocal cord infection secondary to viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve within few days with antibiotics, steam inhalation and voice rest
