I've been suffering from throat problem from last 1 year actually it create a habbit of clearing throat like something got sucked in my throat because of this my voice got so worse thats include hoarseness and very down or low voice and even i cant speak properly apart of this this is destroying my singing career.

As per your description you might have post nasal drip..as you are a singer there's a possibility of developing vocal folds nodules.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
