I have cyst on epiglottis and I have pus on my tonsils they are swollen from four months .and I have small grey dots in cheeks all are not paining at all recently I found one thing in my throat there are white spots in throat not paining no swollen problem ..past I had smoking habbit

Epiglottis cyst is a common incidental finding and if not symptomatic regular observation is sufficient. You might be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. If you don't have any symptoms such as throat pain and difficulty in swallowing then you need not worry
