Throat pain when swallowing from 25 days

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I'm suffering from slight throat pain at left side when swallowing saliva. I have consulted a near by ENT doctor who said it is an infection. It has been 8 days taking medicine(Augmentin 625,Parcee plus, guntop and montina L). The pain decreased for two days, but yesterday I expectorated too much because of feeling that something is stuck in throat. After that the pain has increased slightly. I'm too much worried as I'm an osmf patient and from last one year I have left all habits.
