It difficult to comment on such short history,, sneezing is usually in allergic condition of nose , recurrent sneezing can cause throat pain and chest pain because of vigorous muscle contraction of neck and chest. Controlling cause of allergy/ sneezing may  decrease your symptoms of throat pain.if not associated with throat infection. WBC is raised in many condition, it should be better co- related with your history..
