Throat pain weakness

Since yesterday I am having throat pain and feeling very weak. I visited one doctor in office and had a tablet,but right now my throat is drying up and it pains.. am feeling more weak. May be slight fever. Please suggest some medicines to get quick relief

Drink plenty of water,eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods. Gargle with warm salt water. gargling several times a day can help relieve throat pain....you will require antibiotics to clear up infection..

Hello.. I suggest you to take water adequately and if possible like warm water....you need to do salt water gargling atleast three times a day...you can take tabs for fever like paracetamol...you need to avoid oily  and spicy food....if symptoms doesn't subside consult a physician .thank you

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You need to take the whole course of medicines as prescribed by your doctor. As of now. I would just say drink lots of fluids and take steam inhalations thrice a day. For fever you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food. But drink lots of water and have soft diet.
