Uts been two days since it started i have problem with little below adam apple ifeel like i cant talk much becouse some.kind of weakness in that part and even when not speaking i feel strange kinda Superficial feeling

History is not adequate..need more details and physical examination.consult with an ENT specialist for fibreoptic laryngoscopy to rule out any vocal folds pathology.
