I am Taking this medicine from one week. It's ok to continue one month Montek BL one tab before breakfast. Please suggest . Doctor said Pollution se bach ke raho use N95 .

This is a new medication for allergic rhinitis. It’s better to be taken before food as its effect is reduced when taken with food or with in 30 minutes of food. So it’s better to take it in the morning. It has minimum sedation effect compared to other anti allergens
