Lite Cold.. cough ..when i spit in the morning it is coming in green..throat pain .. and my breathe is feeling hot ..

Hello.. Well because of the season it happens that you feel like you have cold early in the morning ..you need to just drink warm water and also do salt water gargling...that green colour might be just phlegm only concentrated....thank you

Drink plenty of water,eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods. Gargle with warm salt water. gargling several times a day can help relieve throat pain....you will require antibiotics to clear up infection..Consult nearest ent surgeon they will do the needful.

hello greenish spit could be bile or psedomonas infection kindly do sputum for grams stain and afb and later on decide in consultation with a physician bye

Hi..... Get plenty of sleep and rest your voice. Drink fluids. Drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration. Try comforting foods and beverage. Warm liquids — broth, caffeine-free tea or warm water with honey can soothe a sore throat. Gargle saltwater. A saltwater gargle of 1 teaspoon. Gargle the solution and then spit it out.... Consult Physician for antibiotics....
