I am handicapped person There is sharp pain above left side of larynx below tonsils from yesterday I had eaten some hard food 2 days back A point of neck through which Pulse rate get checked exactly seen in picture Please suggest me some medicine Thank you

Gargle with betadine 1tsf diluted in half glass of water three times a day, suck on tablet pirox dt 20 mg when u feel pain in throat. Tablet lorfast am bed time.
