Hi sir/mam I am 11 weeks pregnant I had a cough a few days back when I went to the hospital The doctor suggested Azithromycin 500 mg 3 days and dolo 650 tablets. But still my throat pain is there and cold and stuffy blocked nose also started so plz suggest which medicine is safe for my throat pain and cold
