Throat Pain After Shouting

2025-06-03 02:54:35
I shouted very loudly a yesterday, and since then, I have been experiencing throat discomfort. The voice has broken., and there is mild pain in my throat, especially when I swallow. There is no fever or cold, but the throat feels irritated and slightly sore. I feel a bit of strain while speaking. I would like to know if any medication is needed and what precautions I should take to recover quickly.
