I have throat problem for a long time. I can't able to speak louder and my voice is also burst and sometimes there is a problem in swallowing saliva in my throat and Thick saliva is found in the end of the throat, due to which there is difficulty in swallowing And after a while the throat feels heavy so I have to swallow saliva
