I did prega test last week and it was positive. I am also having throat infection. I feel body pain and weakness. I m doin salt water gargling. Should i take antibiotic. I am concern with anythng affecting my pregnancy. I am planning to viisit doctor to confirm pregnancy.

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. You need to take only symptomatic and safe medications like paracetamol and continue salt water gargling
