Hello there. I can understand your concern.  Tab. Zerodol-sp twice a day after food for 3 days. Betadine throat gargles thrice a day as per  instructions on the bottle. Tab. Monti-fx twice a day after food. It should be enough. If it still persists, then get yourself checked out by a ent specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
