Could not open mouth wide enough may be ulscer like near jaw teeth and throat I don't drink, smoke or chew tobacco or alcohol I'm taking dolo 650

You seem to be suffering from oral apthous ulcers. Usually they will resolve on its own within few days. You can take symptomatic treatment in the form of oral gels and analgesic medicines. If ulcers persist over a week then you need to consult a specialist
