Throat closes completely

I eat sweets everyday but sometimes when i eat sweets my throat closes on me completely for a few seconds my breathing stops completely for a few seconds i dont know why this happens it happened to me around a half hour ago what could be the reson for this

It could be due to oil or  ghee in sweets to which you may be allergic. Or you eat in a hurry.
