Throat ache below adam's apple

I have throat ache since 7 days below adam's apple (lower throat middle region) that increases on touching sneezing coughing and feel outside not inside. Suggest diagnosis and possible causes. Sometimes pain on swallowing and certain movements like tilting head backward. Pain intensity is more in evening. Suggest diagnosis
