Thirst (especially at night), something stuck in throat, breathing problem (especially when lying down,sleeping),please help?

hello there. we need a detailed history and a complete physical examination to be able to help you properly. based on only so much we can't say much. it could be pharyngitis/tonsillitis etc. consult a ENT Specialist for further help. regards
