Can a TB patient consume threptin biscuits.the patient is suffering from TB since 2017 jan and still he is not too good.so please tell me his diet and can he have threptin biscuits

Hi. I understand your concern s. You can have treptin . Needs lot is protein in diet. An egg a day is a must. His appetite will improve with treatment.

Yes he can have treptin biscuits. He should have a high protein and healthy diet consistenting of lots of fruits and vegetables. However it is very important to review with a chest physician/ tb specialist if the patienf is not improving. He may require a change in medicines.

Although there is no research on Threptin buiskit in TB but in general TB patient may take it.Diet should be nutritious and easily digestible.Please consult a dietician.
