Hi doctors I have a 3 month old baby whom I breastfeed i had c section and i totally forgot to take iron & calcium tablets from last 1 month now am feeling lot of muscle pains in body especially legs and hands since am vegetarian am not able to take protein rich food Can I take threptin biscuits during breastfeeding is it safe ? Thanks
