My father is 50 year old and he has a past history of heart attack and angiography is been done last year now he check his lipid profile now some of it's parameters are high so what he do suggest medication.. i am also attaching the medications

Hello, If he has had a heart attack before his lipids are quite high for his profile. Need LDL to be less than 100. As far as the medicines are concerned he is on low doses of statin as ecosprin gold contains 20 mg of atorvastation only. He needs to increase it to 40 mg a day or 20 mg of rosuvastatin instead. Rest of the medicines seem to be ok. In addition he also needs lifestyle modifications. I need to know his heart function , BP , sugar levels and his effort tolarance status to advice regarding lifestyle modifications Take care
